When a recruiter posts a job, our AI reads the full job description and scores each applicant's resume against it — evaluating skills match, years of relevant experience, seniority level, location, and employment type preferences. Scores range from 0–100 and are recalculated any time the recruiter requests a rescore. Candidates never see their own score.
Yes. Resumes are uploaded directly to Firebase Storage with per-user access controls — only you can read your own files. Profile data is stored in a Postgres database with row-level security. We never sell or share candidate data with third parties, and we never use candidate data to train AI models. Candidates can export or permanently delete all their data at any time from Account Settings.
